If you Google "political music" you will find out that there is a whole genre of "music" that was devoted to the 2004 election. Amazon.com has a section called "Music to Vote by." Musicians are said to be "agents" of social and political change. Unfortunately, all the singing didn't change a damn thing. It was the electronic voting machines that won the day.
